The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan being developed On the Special Economic Zone “Khorgos” International Center of Boundary Cooperation offers:
- Exemption from the land tax;
- Exemption from the land use payment;
- Exemption from the corporate tax on the construction and commissioning of infrastructure and investment facilities in accordance with the design estimates;
- Exemption from the property tax;
- VAT refund in export of goods;
- Possibility of working without obtaining visas and permits;
- Simplified procedure for entry and exit of persons working in the Center;
- Simplified mechanism of settlements between residents and between residents and non-residents with relation to transactions being concluded and executed inside “Khorgos” ICBC.
