The main mission of the trade and logistics center “Mustang Cargo LTD” is the provision of the modern transport and forwarding services inside “Khorgos” ICBC under the auspices of the International Road Transport Union (hereinafter IRU) with the use of innovative solutions and technologies, integrated business management systems on the basis of the international and inter-state contracts.

The KazATO Training Center, established in 1998 under the Union of International Road Carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KazATO), is the only institution in Kazakhstan for training specialists and drivers in the field of international road transport, which has its own branch at the territory of the International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation “Khorgos”.
