Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Creation of the Special Economic Zone of “Khorgos” ICBC stipulates the resolution of the following issues:
- creation of conditions for the attraction of world brands and transnational corporations with a view to further promoting Kazakhstan’s export;
- development of bank services and insurance;
- increase of the export turnover, import phase-out;
- deployment of new technologies, implementation of innovative projects;
- development of scientific and technical and innovative potential of RK;
- introduction of international standards;
- development and improvement of the regulatory legal base regulating cross-border trade and cooperation;
- development of information networks;
- development of international tourism;
- creation of jobs and conditions for the personnel advanced training;
- interaction with the other international logistics centers.
